Brekford International Corp. Introduces SlickTicket™; Unique Component
for Law Enforcement Agencies’ Electronic Ticketing Programs

HANOVER, MD (September 3, 2008) – Brekford International Corp. (the “Company”) (OTCBB:
BFDI), a provider of fully integrated, rugged, mobile technology solutions for public safety and
federal agencies, has launched its proprietary SlickTicket™ system. This fully portable over the
seat organizer, specially designed to house a printer and scanner allows officers to quickly
access driver's license and registration information as well as issue tickets, warnings and
citations.

“As law enforcement agencies migrate to electronic ticketing, we feel that SlickTicket™ is an
essential, cutting-edge component for officers looking to streamline their ticketing process while
at the same time freeing up the precious little space available in their vehicles. SlickTicket™ is
just another example of our commitment to the “office in the car” philosophy Brekford has been
selling for more than a decade. This is the first product of its kind for public safety vehicles and
we hope to have more than 800 of these units on the street by the end of the year at various state and local agencies,” said Mr. C.B. Brechin, CEO of Brekford International Corp.

Locally, the Maryland State Police have been expanding their Etix electronic ticketing program.
“The Etix program is growing rapidly and right now multiple agencies across Maryland, from the
Eastern Shore to the western part of the state, are getting on board with it. Etix is constantly
evolving and we hope it will set the bar high for other states to follow in the area of electronic
ticketing,” said Corporal Christopher Corea of the Maryland State Police, one of the lead software
developers for the state of Maryland.

The agency expects to have 1,500 of its officers statewide equipped with Etix in 2009.

Additionally, more than 3,500 vehicles from several Maryland counties will migrate to electronic
ticketing systems over the next few years.

Nationwide, the systems are already being used in several other states, including Oklahoma,
Florida, California and Alabama.

The Company believes that SlickTicket™ has the potential to be the industry standard hardware
for agencies looking for space saving solutions to complement their electronic ticketing programs.
Mr. Brechin said that the initial response to SlickTicket™ so far has been very positive as the
Company has already sold more than 240 units since the product was introduced in July 2008.
